Services
Knox Precision Detail LLC provides mobile auto detailing services in the Knoxville, Tennessee area, including:
- Full detail
- Interior detail
- Ceramic coating
- Paint correction
Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic location. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Appointments & Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment
- Full deposits are refunded for cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice is free of charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit in full
Payment
- Final payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept all major credit and debit cards
- Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition
- Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy staining, odor removal, or neglected vehicle conditions
- We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding with extra work
Service Results
Results may vary depending on vehicle condition. We do not guarantee the complete removal of all scratches, stains, or odors. We will inform you prior to your appointment if certain results may not be achievable based on your vehicle's condition.
Liability
Knox Precision Detail LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We take great care with every vehicle and carry appropriate insurance.
- Please inform us of any pre-existing damage before your service begins
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as paint chips, rust, or worn surfaces
- In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
Data Security Practices
- We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Information submitted through our website is stored securely through trusted third-party platforms such as our CRM, scheduling software, and payment processors. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Knox Precision Detail related to your appointments and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- By using our website or booking services with Knox Precision Detail LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to request services on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe consent or authorization is not properly provided.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
- Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered text messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile provider, network availability, and service conditions. Knox Precision Detail LLC is not liable for SMS delivery delays, carrier-related issues, or message and data charges that may apply based on your mobile plan.
